The Stars of the Earth
The Stars of the Earth juxtaposes goodness, honesty, loyalty and empathy with the tyranny, injustice, and selfishness that currently seems to dominate in Bangladesh. It tells the story of a boy who, impressed with a poem by an older classmate, invites him home to entertain his father. The young poet recites a stunning poem about Bangladesh and the host's father responds with interesting morality tale of his own. Their stories end with a series of poems about the current state of humanity in Bangladesh.
