Comment circonscrire en clinique psychologique et médicale les différences, que la loi mentionne sans les préciser, entre "handicap psychique", "handicap mental" et "handicap cognitif" ? Y aurait-il intérêt à dégager de la notion de handicap psychique celle de handicap somatopsychique ? Existe-t-il un champ de handicap "neuropsychique" qui se différencierait à la fois du handicap cognitif et du handicap mental ?
