The Adventures of Boogie Boy: The Amazing Glowing Glue
Peter Clyde has a problem. Actually, he has five of them.
Thick, sticky, neon-green boogers drip from his nose, his ears, his eyes, and occasionally his mouth — and the whole mess glows. Doctors are baffled. Scientists are stumped. And the kids at Oakwood Valley Elementary? They run the other way.
Peter has always wished he could be normal. But when the school runs out of art supplies and Peter discovers that his glowing booger slime makes the strongest, most beautiful glue anyone has ever seen, everything changes.
Suddenly, the principal wants to buy his boogers. The whole school wants a jar. And Peter — the kid everyone used to avoid — is about to become the most popular, most successful entrepreneur in the entire district.
But just when life finally feels perfect, Peter spots something strange glowing deep in the woods outside his window. Something bright blue. Something that isn't him.
The Amazing Glowing Glue is the hilarious, heartwarming first book in The Adventures of Boogie Boy series — a story about embracing what makes you different, turning your weirdest problem into your greatest superpower, and discovering that being gross can actually be pretty amazing.
Perfect for ages 5–10. Great for reluctant readers, fans of Dog Man and Big Nate, and anyone who has ever felt a little different.
